@@Ohde3d I don't agree with the other reply; there are scenarios where a guy might have to worry about two potential angles from which one enemy may come from (mostly in 1v1's), there u could say, "I'm watching ur left from ur POV just keep ur Xhair on the right" that way both the player and the spectators have full info on the situation and can react accordingly.

The intro actually made me realize why when i ask teammates to wait for me to rotate they instantly go suicide and leave me in a 1v4. They thought i was micromanaging them this whole time.

Most games I try to IGL and then sometimes my teamates will say when the next round starts, "You tell us what to do" and I try to call a strat and win the round, but there was this one time I was playing with my Duo (ranked) and nobody was comm-ing, and I, as usual, was trying to IGL, and at the end of the game the teammate Breach was flaming me in the chat

I've always been a fan of cs and valorant competitively, and in recent years my friends have really stepped up and reached diamond, but I was left behind because I didn't played as much. Valorant was always frustrating for me, and I didn't dedicated enough time to it, but one of my friends recomended your channel to me, and after watching your videos on how to improve, I started my grind. 6:50 I have this problem with slow call outs too and I don't know why. I do it when I talk too I feel like it just takes me longer to form sentences than other people, if I don't say it out loud in my head before I say it for real the words get mixed up. I'll say left when I mean right, I'll straight up call the wrong things, it's a mess.

Idk why but whenever I comm to my friends enemy positions, possible hits and plans, my brain begins to fry and I can no longer win the easiest of gunfights. Whilst in solo queue when I dont plan anything and just go with the flow, I end up performing better for some reason. Maybe I'm just not built to be an IGL 😭

I'll try and work on that in the next week Update about rank: I've been running into tons of silver players recently, and I'm still at a 55.6% winrate, so I'm pretty much just gonna keep playing and tryna get better

As a person craving to get better, one advice i can give you is: don't pressure yourself to rank up. Improvement will come with time and just keep playing consistently and watch all of hooj's videos

hey man, good luck out there. Asc2 player here who IGLs frequently, my tip for your context is to keep your IGLing very simple and objective. Just specify the util that is crucial for your plan and then focus on yourself again. At the rank you are right now there is no reason to think about game macro any further than strong/weak sides; instead you'll be better off thinking about how you approach fights, if you are using correct technique and if you are taking advantageous fights. Valorant is only a strategic game when hitting your shots isn't enough. And generally just hitting your shots is enough to take you to plat.

Pressing V with my thumb didn't feel comfortable for me so i tried using LAlt and i stuck with it ever since, so Party stays on V (because i use open mic anyway) while team is on LAlt

LAlt is fine as long as u are using ur pinky and not any finger that is involved in ur movement. I'm struggling to use my pinky for LeftShift after years of just using my ring finger for Shift-walking.

Try TDM instead. It won’t help as much with specific fights, but general fights will still improve, and the load in is like unrated rather than dm.

I think using T is more common than most people realize - idk why it such a shocker. When I tell people I use left ctlr for crouch instead of ‘C’ I get the same reaction. At the end of the day keybinds are all about preference and what’s most comfortable for the user as long as it’s not compromising your game play. Personally for ranked comms I use a foot pedal which makes my life so much easier and I never have to life a finger to to comm 😂
