Mexican right here Chilaquiles are made with corn tortillas, but I always say, recipes are made to be adapted and modified Big props for the carnitas, looked pretty similar to street tacos

​@@certifiedlovergirl6434 not that deep bro carnitas are made differently in all regions of Mexico yours is not the only valid one 💀 they did look similar to some street tacos I've seen Mayne not michoacan style carnitas but definitely a version I see often at some restaurants plus huge props to her for making sure it wasn't dry af even some authentic restaurants can't get that part right 💃🏽

Mexican food can never be bad. My family LOVES mexican food and it’s one of the best bc it keeps you full and satisfied. So to the people who are Mexican, you guys have amazing food! @@Enedinag5464 ofc!! We had this one Mexican food truck outside our old store and ig it was a mutual agreement that we come for food and they get out business. It’s was super good. Then, another Mexican restaurant opened after the food truck closed and it was SO GOOD. They recently changed the recipe for the beef, which made me sad bc it didn’t taste as good, but they still have so many other good options!! I love your guys’ food sm. Also bc I’m Pakistani and a lot of your food matches the food palette of us and idk, I could talk abt Mexican food and how it’s one of my top 3 cuisines. 🫶🫶🫶
