They were envy of Mel because she was always outspoken and independent. Martell did not have control over Mel. Kimmie and Tisha are in marriages with men who will not allow them to be outspoken or independent business women that they so desire. That’s why they can’t stand Mel. She’s living the life they desire. Kimmi has to totally dumb herself down to be with Maurice. Those men expect women to be submissive to them. Mel said initially that when they started hanging out with them that’s when Martell started changing. Kimmi and Tisha have accepted being cheated on. Martell wanted Mel to do the same but she said “hell no.”

IMO They never we’re friends just associates. I actually liked Kimmie at first . She had her own mind and opinion. She didn’t go along to get alone. When Tisha put her back in a corner about her expectations of supporting her by any means necessary. Then she changed and allegedly and IMO Kimmie life had went down hill from there right before our eyes on this show. #OnlyGodCanCancelMelody. I enjoyed your commentary.
