Actually pancake’s quantity depends on the spoon size. If you use bigger spoon for pouring batter you’ll get 3 or 4 pancakes. I used one third measuring cup & got 6 or 7 pancakes.

First of all you have to use a nonstick frying pan & the pan must be pre heated.. when you put batter on the pan , the flame should be low …. then follow all the procedure as it shown …. Must use all purpose flower & the egg must be in room temperature . Never use it directly after take out from refrigerator … Best of luck dear

Vanilla makes the smell better. If you don’t use it your pancake would be perfectly done but you’ve to compromise of it’s flavour which comes from vanilla essence
