I have 1219 games in my library. A fair few of them are games I pirated back before I had any money to spare on games but liked enough to pay for when that wasn't an issue anymore (so they say 0-5 hours, but realistically speaking I have 20+ if I liked it enough to go back and buy it years later). A lot are bundle slop where there were like two or three games I wanted and it came with an additional 10-15 I didn't care about. Then there's demos, games which get installed as multiple options for whatever reason, etc. Its still a fairly large amount of stuff I got to play. Also the main reason I don't finish games is because I play them for a bit and decide I don't like them. I'm not going to force myself to finish trash, so having a bunch of unfinished games doesn't bother me since I either finished them before I paid for them or I've decided I'm never going to finish them.

1:16 I am a firm believer of Stats > Drip ever since I survived with single digit HP because of a slight VIT bonus in FFXIV. Also I'm too lazy to craft the layered armour in Monster Hunter. The story in case anyone was bored/curious For a while in the early expansions of FFXIV, you were given 30 bonus stat points you could distribute however you saw fit. Early on, I was a struggling lancer and put 5 of those points into VIT for some extra health. Sure, there was an item in-game that let you redistribute your stat points, but I just never purchased it. Fast forward 2 YEARS later and I've become the dedicated tank driver in the new Savage difficulty raid. My job is to pull bombs away from the group into a nice little safe corner. Now these bombs have quiet the large blast radius, and they do heavy damage while also applying a debuff that makes these potatoes even spicier. What I found is that my particular race and god combination along with those 5 extra VIT would let me consistantly survive 2 of those explosions (1 regular, and 1 with the spicy debuff) with single digit to low double digit HP. We would eventually clear the fight, and I was never chastised again for my suboptimal point distribution.

As far as the Elder Scrolls games go, the reason the candles are lit in those untouched tombs is because the draugr (undead) are tasked with maintaining and defending their own tombs. Also Baldur's Gate is only the world of D&D, the gameplay is pretty different than tabletop D&D. It's still a fantastic game, especially now that a majority of the bugs have been fixed.

2:17 Basically, some earlier games did it and became popular enough that any deviation just feels wrong. I know I've played some games where the colours for rarity are different and it felt weird. So developers simply find it's better to go with what people expect rather than to shake things up by using a different colour scheme. That said, this only really accounts for the Green > Blue > Purple > Gold. After Gold it varies a lot more. Sometimes it's Red, sometimes it's Cyan, sometimes it's Magenta...
