The ideal way to take a shower, is to turn the water up until it's just pretty warm to hot, and then just sit under the water until the water starts getting too cold and slowly increase the heat until it runs out of hot water. That's the ideal 40 minute shower.

22:53 Fun Fact: I had this problem my whole life till i turned like 19 and realized whats wrong. You only get "wet anger", when you use your facial muscles above and around your eyes wrong to express it. For example: If you pull the outside parts of your eyebrows over your eye, you mostly make an sad or crying expression and this translates into your feelings aka. making you cry when you're angry. The more you try to be angry the more you need to cry. Once i realized this, i looked at my face and notices that my outer eyebrow muscles are as thick as the inner ones should be, while the inner ones (towards the middle of the forehead) where almost flat and unmovable. I could literally not move them willingly without flexing my entire facial muscles really hard XD I never had the motivation or mental capacity due to stress to actually train this actively but atleast i did it passively over the years and i'm on a good way. I can move the inner parts way more then when i started and they are getting stronger. The more i use the inner parts and actually pull them down when i'm angry - (mostly) not to the middle! - the more i realize that the "wet anger" is going away. This problem resulted from my dad (that i hate the most out of all people in this world). He has this and when I was a child, I adopted this crap. My mother has this problem too, but not as strong. Long story short: If my BS father would not have this sh*t, then I would not need to deal with this crap right now. But atleast I realized whats going on and I'm actively working on the problem to get rid of it. Conclusion: Learn correct facial expressions to never need to deal with this type of sh*t. And if You don't want to do it but you have kids, let them know about it and teach them or let them find a coach that can teach them.
