The bear thing Erin’s talking about is Clark’s trading post in Lincoln nh, I think! Unless there’s another one haha but I used to think the same thing, but my Grampy knows the family that runs it, and they rehabilitate the bears back to health from when they are young, and became domesticated, and none of the bears ever stay at the trading post overnight, they live in the owners home, and consider the bears as pets, the home was always a mess, they’d be on the tables and breaking doors off of cabinets haha But they are safe and very loved!!

hi i have another unsolicited book rec for you both: just for the summer by abby jimenez! the whole time i was reading it i was thinking about how much carly specifically would love it. it's a romance novel based on an AITA reddit post that ends up bringing two people together and it's PERFECTTTTT in my opinion. abby is one of my new favorite authors and i genuinely think both of you would love her writing style! great mix of silly little romcom vibes & also serious topics & character growth. i love them all ugh. would love to hear your thoughts if either of you end up reading!!!
