Pete's time on holiday is thrown into doubt when he is checked into hospital; Jenny must battle her low self-esteem and overcome her shyness in order to host a quiz in front of a crowd.
Plus sized people embark on a trip of a lifetime. They check into a hotel designed with larger guests in mind and learn to embrace their bodies in a place where size is no obstacle to enjoying a carefree holiday.
Only Human celebrates and explores the unique and personal qualities we all have. Our channel offers a range of TV series and documentaries about human experiences and life journeys - while looking at the challenges life throws at us, turning ordinary people into everyday heroes.

This is the most beautiful show I've seen in a long time. We need more of this kind of love and acceptance in this world.

I guess there's no episode of this where I don't have tears in my eyes most of the time. Breaks my heart to hear how terribly people have treated them, and how undeservedly awful they feel 💔 And makes me have tears of joy when I see them gaining the self-esteem they rightfully deserve!😊👏❤

You have really made a big differance in a few people's lives. I never watched it before, and think what you do to make people see that it is ok to just be you,, no matter even what others might thing or even say. I hope you carry on, and help more and more people just step over that line that stops them from feeling human. Tha k you for sharing this, and thank you for doing this for thrm. ♥️💪🌹✌

Can you imagine eating yourself to such a weight where you break chairs and instead of eating less and exercising they make a special hotel for you. They’d feel confident if they treated there bodies right, it’s not plus sized it’s just straight up obese? The privilege lol
@elenagursky1451
@elenagursky1451 Жыл бұрын
*their.... also, you clearly did not take away the fact that obesity is a complex disease that is often routed in trauma or other medical conditions. From watching these episodes I've realized that a lot of these people have dealt with terrible, terrible situations out of their control and it's not just a matter "eating less and exercising".

What about the kids? They’re overweight too. Yikes.
@gardeninginthedesert
@gardeninginthedesert 2 жыл бұрын
It's not about losing weight. It's helping them to have confidence to do things they couldn't do before and that would include losing weight or at least encouraging it. So when the parents can do it, they can pass that on to the kids. All of them should then lead a more active and healthy lifestyle.

I don't think it is the size. It's more like a inside hurt that stops them from even trying. Because people are so cruel...it's what they have to listen to, that stops them completely, and just giving up. You know, i bet you if each of these people had just ONE friend that would do stuff with them, they would never hide inside and let life pass them by. Listen to what they say.... they hate everything about themselves, because of people's reactions. It really isn't just about the size.
