Brother, no offence bt teacher and respected personalities like them give their speech in English as it has wide coverage of students, south Indian students find it difficult to understand hindi, and this Is a fact u cant deny that fulent hindi is also not wide spread, north eastern student also don't knw and unable to catch hindi terms I was present there in this seminar and sir was using both hindi and english language. He had taken all the major and minor doubts and elaborated them in both languages. English is just another language! Atleast have some respect for the person and the chair he held! (और अगर हिंदी भाषा से इतना ही प्रेम हैं तो कंमेंट भी देवनागरी लिपि मे करना था )

please tell this person there is a .02% chance of success . this is not a test for searching the most honest/smart/hardworking individual this is a test which is a useless method to skip the most of the creeamy layer becoz of no infrastrutre & improper planning in upsc . 1000 vacancies from all dept for this whole india & a million people are writing this exam . this suggests the comppettiotion bt what about the exam where in mains a person is forced to write 4000words/3hr . it could be possible bt it has to be a known subject , can any1 write this much of matter without being Honest/smart/hardworking . the simple answer is no . & like this u have to write 10 subjects is out of scope . it is high time UPSC change its examination standards & approach to get a proper candidate . the present scenario is flawed . & is not in favour of candidates bt its in favour of rejecting candidates . if any queries D P agarwal can ask me in comment .
