11:40 you used a Curvature map instead of Thickness, So is it ok to go with the thickness or should I use a curvature map? and also this is one of the best substance painter tutorials I have seen so far.

This tutorial is so awesome but I am stumped at 8:37 you go into your shelf / project and pull up this file "Ambient occlusion map from mesh body base". I don't have that in my folder is there another step that I need to generate this file? - Thank you so much for your time 👏 awesome video
