Thanks - yeah it's been really positive so far. I was playing about with the switchglaive - its very fun but feels a little lacking in damage early on! It scales best with magic, so if you've already gone down the skill-route (depends where you've put your stat points!), it might be a little challenging to bring your damage up to speed

"A loss in almost record time" I hate to break it to you my guy, but one of my runs ended almost as quickly as it started.

Oh yeah, can you explain how the simultaneous health bars work?

Also, I'm regretting choosing the shark, as the phantom yokai form seems to have the hardest burst counter to execute...

@@exalt1470 one of the bars (I believe) is for the ki energy, if you get that bar low enough you can keep hitting the enemy and it will interrupt their attacks... Then after a bit more damage you'll be able to do a grapple on them

@@Onos I actually managed to figure it out on my own after a bit, but thank you. It seems like a good mechanic. Maybe all of those years of complaints in games about bosses not having to deal with a second meter caused it? Anyway, after some time, I managed to bring it down. I think build indecisiveness didn't help me. The game definitely wants you to learn to sustain an offense here: Mezuki can start to crumble more and more toward the end of the fight if you do it right. The grab is bullshit though. There were definitely a few tries I would have won without it. How do I get points to upgrade yokai forms? They last so little time and what not.
