Pro tip: Never be insecure about something you can not change or something you'll have to go through hell to try and change. Just accept the cards you're given. If they can be improved upon without sacrificing other parts of your life then sure, go for it. Oh my goodness, this helped so much. I have a decent jaw, dress style, and I'm in shape, but I have a receding hairline and am dealing with a lot of hair loss (I think it's stress-induced), and it's taken a massive blow to my mental health and self esteem. I hate to break it, but its almost certainly genetic. Stress induced hairloss or telogen effluvium, will grow back after a few months. Genetic male pattern baldness won't. The sooner you decide if you want to get on treatment the better though generally.

As someone who is 6'1, being tall doesn't net you girls it's not worth being upset over IMO being tall is nice if you bulk up a lot to fill out your frame which does take longer. Being tall also has disadvantages you end up hunching over to do basic things for one to clean dishes at my height which isn't crazy tall I end up having to hunch over and no matter what have back problems. Own your height the real girls you should be with are the ones who like you for you not because your taller, those are the ones you should avoid they are a lot to deal with and typically not worth it

Not only that at 5'7 you're taller than 90% of women, there are some great women there taller than you that are so nice. I dated a couple of them and they were sweet, the only thing holding you back is your own perception of height. You think it looks bad if she's taller than you but I bet you'll never say that if you're not in public. But remember people don't really care about how tall you are compared to your girlfriend and if they do, who cares? it's your life, live it however you want to the fullest. Cope sure if you’re 5’10 you’re taller than most but that doesn’t mean women go for you, the dating standards are crazy for it you check the stats women want at least 6’1 men and or in real life it’s worse because they will friend zone or humiliate you even worser but what women prefer online is their real desires because of the anonymity watch wheat waffles, also there’s studies on this if you don’t muh trust my lived experience.
