NOT Wendy’s! Wendy’s is one of the better fast food places to eat. I love their Caesar’s salad and the baconator. Their chocolate shakes are delicious but unfortunately, I can’t have them because milk products don’t process well in my stomach.

Could be anything... HVAC... Electrical... Usually, it's the grease control and grease from air filtration... They're pretty complex systems these days, and require full kitchen activity shutdown in order to facilitate thorough cleaning every 90 days or so... Often franchise owners fail to do this on a regular basis, and extensive fires are the result...
