My friend joined an MNC company in India as a software developer in 2016 with 3 years of experience in .NET, but with fake experience. He's now looking for an onsite opportunity within the same company. However, he's worried that another background check will reveal the truth, and he'll lose his job. He initially joined the company with a salary of 5.8 lakhs per annum and now earns 13 lakhs per annum. As his friend, he's sought my opinion, but I'm unsure of what to say.

I do not support your middle part. I know many who had less salary ,without any backup and had responsibilities and yet got onsite project later. If someone has a dream,some sacrifice is also must. Going onsite should not be the only dream. I don't say all should go for onsite. Swtiching is also okay. Also not all those who go for onsite are rich.
