Wow. It’s a bit sad I haven’t found out that Onsra has this short board before buying Wave. It has incredible range and still pretty decent weight, also I really like double kingpin trucks thanks to Gullwing Sidewinders. However Wave is a much more a big city cruiser. Short, responsive, light. Need more range? Take an extra battery with you. 2 batteries will give more or less the same range as Onsra Challenger, however Challeger will maintain higher speeds for more as it depends on voltage. Also, thanks for you hobby. In future when your channel gets bigger esk8 vendors will provide boards for a review themselves :-)

You’ll be happy with the wave my friend! This Onsra is not a short board despite the shape of the deck. It is the size of a long board and also quite heavy. For big city cruising in tight areas the wave will be perfect! That’s what I think it is best for! It is so portable and easy to pick up and go into a store or up a flight of stairs with. This Onsra is for high speed, hill climbing, long distance rides. Both are amazing Boards and despite the similar looks they are very, very different!! Ride safe bro! Thanks for watching!

Ya bro I’m lagging on the full review! My bad! I got wheel bite one time doing a U-turn at extremely slow speeds. It is a non factor when riding. I ride with super loose trucks so if it’s not happening to me I doubt you’ll have any issues.

I love both. They are very different. The challenger is not a mini board. It’s big. It had much more power and range, but it’s much larger and heavier. I use the wave for Doing errands and riding on sidewalks and stuff because it is so easy to maneuver and carry in tight spots. The challenger is a beast and I take it on longer rides and really cruise on it and higher speeds. They’re totally different boards. Hope this helps

Hey man! Ugh my challenger direct drive is having major battery issues. It auto shuts off and keeps resetting my mileage. I just sent Onsra an email but it’s Saturday so I’m sure I’ll hear from them next week. I know you had an issue with yours. What was it?

I got a response from them within a day I think. They took great care of me. I reached out to them on Instagram when I had my issue. If you don’t hear back I would contact them there.

I don't agree with the unique statement! It's too expensive for what you get, no extra battery and it's only 35"!? I picked up a Revel kit and put it in my own board! Now it's unique!

It might be overpriced, but time will tell. If it hold up well, gets good customer service, and continues to ride like it does then it will be money well spent. If it has a lot of issues then yes of course over priced. I love the revel kit man. It’s awesome. I used to have one, but I’m a heavier rider and direct drive doesn’t provide the torque I need at my size. Belts are the way to go for me. Thanks for watching ! Ride safe 💪🏼

Ya Bro bigger battery would be the upgrade id want. You might think the deck needs to be longer, But it doesn’t. At least not for. I am 6ft 5in tall and this board has as much or more standing room than any of my other boards. And I have a ton of boards. I think the deck is perfect.

It’s the only ones I’ve put on there so far, but I can’t wait to switch them out, they eat up too much range. I like to review the boards exactly as they come out of the box, so once I get my review up I will change them and do a follow up on an alternative option.

Incorrect information about the motors there are smaller than Black Carve v1 motors. BCv1 Motor: 5065/160KV, Challenger Motor: 5048/160KV, but they both saying 1500W x 2. I don't know 🤔 either way I hope its not disappointed like the Wave Power, And it worth the hype 😖I can't wait to receive mine😖😖😖

When I watched Fabi’s initial video on the challenger he said they were the same as the BC1 motors. You sound like you know your stuff tho I’m sure you’re right. It has a lot more power than the wave. It’s a completely different board than the wave. Rides very very different.

I have seen other videos and it look like they were scratched up with paint off after first ride I hope that those boards were not the final version

Is the direct drive version or this board faster than the Zealot S?

I am not sure of the top speed on the direct drive, but I can tell you that the Challenger has stronger acceleration and braking than the Zealot S. The challenger also has better handling. The zealot is an amazing board and probably a better dollar for dollar value, but the challenger is superior in almost every way.

Thanks for checking the video out! Ya tail guard would be nice, but honestly it’s heavy enough that you’re not going to be scraping that tail very often. I feel like that’s something you could easily do yourself too. Like use some Kevlar stick on fabric or something.
