Gerry's wind effects has to be the highlight for me. It should be a rule to act out your wizard when casting spells.

Just want to see Gerry in his Elsa costume singing Let it Go as he casts his spells, and Banjo now deserves a Spot model, Excellent game xx

Great game. I do like how giving your mini's names does add to the whole feeling of the game. I something i tend to do also. Much more dramatic at the end when "Banjo" made his stand

One of the things that I always loved about Frostgrave is that Felstad became an intersection of many dimensions in the multiverse. Meaning that "demons" are just inhabitants of a different dimensions allowing you to pull together warbands using whatever figures you want. I'm excited to see how it all gets explored in The Red King Expansion.

I really appreciate Gerry's enthusiasm over Justin's plans and suggested actions. It makes it much less of an adversarial game, and more of a fun competition. Would happily learn games in this environment! :)

It is a very fun game. You will hate it when you roll a 1 and/or the wizard hurt itself badly with magic but still :-)
@bluebird32813 жыл бұрын
Don't get too attached to your troops they die fairly often it's very fun and easy to teach (as far as skirmish games go). There are two sister systems one is "Rangers of shadow deep" It's a blast too and a co-op game. Then there is "The ghost archipelago" I never played it and can't spell it but it's magic pirates .
@mandodelorian46683 жыл бұрын
I like the over-terrain-ed tables, where there is the play area and then other stuff in the out of bounds just to make the table look cool. And this game is Super Dope!

Great game, but Gerry make a mistake as his soldier on the tower, I think would have minus for the fight for holding the treasure against the apprentice. Still very tight game. 👍👍👍
@robthomas67583 жыл бұрын
The apprentice probably moved more than its move allowance to get there as well though, since it was further back than the thief and had less movement. However, the overall feel is more important here, being a let's play rather than a tutorial for the game. And the overall feel was exciting and engaging, particularly the stand of Banjo on the stairs.
