Hey Monisha, I have a query - in my first job I worked from 2016 to 2018 for 2 years. I have received experience letter, reference letter and pay slips too from them. However, in India at times when we leave a job we do not get the salary during the notice period after submitting resignation letter. So when I resigned on 30th January 2018, I served notice period till March end, the salary for February and March was given to me in April 2018. Issue is, although I have the pay slips for Feb and March but the bank registry shows I received the Full and Final cheque in April. Will that be a problem?? Do I have to submit the bank receipts too? If I do submit the bank recipts they will show the full and final receipt for Feb and March in April, will that be ok?

Please let me know if you know.. do the immigration lawyers/agents/consultants have some special access and knowledge to the draws PNP nominations and it's process or we the people who try PNP without agents can also have equal access and understanding about it. They say.. provinces chooses the candidates on priority whose profiles are applied by the immigration lawyers. How true is that? Please respond. I cannot afford the consultancy fee.

Hey @canadastories, remember me? May be not. Needed your advice, I received a message in my IRCC account which says - 'Express Entry - Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter' from Ontario. Is this NOI from Ontario? If yes then does that mean my score (463, Advertising) got selected on Ontario PNP draw? However, there still isn't any Ontario PNP draw in recent days. I am confused, please help me.

@@CanadaStories Hey, thanks a lot for sharing the link, hence now I am pretty sure it is an NOI, since the mail also says and I quote 'The Government of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) through Express Entry. If you want Ontario to consider you for nomination under its PNP you must contact Ontario directly after receiving this letter. Although, what I am confused about is if I received an NOI, why haven't they shared the PNP cutoff range?? When do they provide the cutoff range? Like the last Ontario PNP cutoff was 460 - 468.
