Here's the thing though: the latest health research now shows that there is no amount of alcohol that is "responsible". Any amount of alcohol at all is drinking irresponsibly. It is poisonous. Does that mean we're all going to immediately quit drinking? Of course not. But relaxing the rules just makes it harder for the next generation to avoid our bad habits.

Closing down the Beer Stores where people have worked for decades and what about all the delivery drivers to The Beer Stores. #dougford #wakeup there is no reason for this whatsoever. People of Ontario are fully accustomed to the LCBO and The Beer Store. The ONLY reason the LCBO is not part of this is "Union" pick on the small people 👍 just trying to make a living

and there's no reason they shouldn't allow cannabis in in variety stores also. No difference.
@mikeb5664 Жыл бұрын
Huge difference between cannabis and alcohol.
@dosdont Жыл бұрын
@@mikeb5664 They're both drugs. One, alcohol is chemically addictive, cannabis is not. One, alcohol, costs tax payers millions per year in health care issues, cannabis does not. One, alcohol causes over 100,000 deaths per year, cannabis does not. So, maybe you're right, they're different. Cannabis is a far more harmless drug and should have been sold in stores long ago. In fact, unless you take it and drive a car, it's probably far more harmless than the majority of prescription drugs. Certainly far more harmless than prescription or non-prescription sleeping aids.
