Thanks for the information. Please can one apply or register for the program without/before a job offer or we must get a job pffer compulsorily before registering or applying. Secondly, im finding it difficult with getting a job offer as an International skilled worker. I have applied for series of job vacancy but to no avail and its becoming frustrating.
