I know. Whenever I watch something like this, my first question is, “how?” And then “are people actually this naive ?”. Like seriously , I understand the whole scam , fraud game/industry.. but some examples leave me absolutely dumbfounded and confused. Dumbfounded that it worked , and confused in the sense that.. are there people out there ACTUALLY that dumb/naive when it comes to scenarios like this? Like seriously I don’t understand. I just cannot believe how some scams are able to be executed. I guess the problem is I assume by default that the general pop is more or less like myself , with a good bullshit radar. But this (and many other cases ) is a reminded I guess that , that is not at all the case. That some people REALLY are that dumb. In my opinion (and this is never talked about by anyone I don’t think) , one of the BIGGEST, ACTUAL factors involved with determining one’s intelligence is naivety.

It requires a certain level of diligence, no doubt, which is something ordinary investors lack, and so a financial advisor often comes in very handy. Excellent propaga...err...I mean "news" piece, CBC. I remember crypto scammers defrauding investors going all the way back to Bernie Madoff and Kenneth Lay so if we just ban crypto then there will definitely super-de-dooper be no more scams anymore! In fact if we push a government controlled cryptocurrency, let's call it a see bee dee see for example, then government bureaucrats can not only stop all the scamzers but also seize money from ANYONE without having to waste tax dollars on silly things like "due process" and "warrants". Not only that but they can then also put quotas on things like meat and sugar to stop all those evil carbon-emitters who don't eat their proper share of bug paste for the sake of their Goddess Gaia...err...I mean "mother earth" 😅
