I think the second revamp option for the hands might have to be my favorite because it looks sturdy while allowing the claws to articulate.

You can do a much better head mod using 30552 and 30553 hinges and a Axle / Pin connector with friction (either blue or the expensive black one), applied on top into the torso. This will give him bi-directional head articualtion. :)

Awesome, i just cutted the circular bits of that piece , reinforced the pole piece and glued them together with tamiya cement so it doesn't fall 😎👍

Would look good for Onua Nuva tbh, I did that mod once by using the mata arms with the mata claws but this makes it possible so you can use the same bohrok arms and attach the tools in the hands or even place them on the backtorso side with those pins like Gali Mata uses

Can you give Tahu a trans red and orange flamesword with original Mata red handle? In the first book what came with Tahu was the handle only but not the fire shaped sword itself.

White spirit and an old toothbrush, mostly! Just soak then scrub. There are probably better ways though.
