Shri. O.N.V. Kurup and Shri. Devarajan were very close to each other not only professionally but also personally as they shared their personal matters with each other and this continued till the time of Devarajan's demise. ONV's lyrics and Devarajan's music , both matched extremely well to give an entirely new look to the songs , turning out to be super hits. ONV's glorious tributes to Devarajan is the real testimony to their firm relationship , and the love and respect both of them had each other, as the unique combination of these two stalwarts made the Malayalam Music Industry wearing an entirely different look , by loading it with ever- green super hit songs.
