I walk a chihuahua mix and sat for two other chihuahua mixes. They were pretty chill. Small dogs like chihuahuas are usually that way because a lot of owners think it's harmless or even cute when they act out, when in reality that probably means they're stressed all the time lol. It's possible some could be rescues, but it's still up to the owners to properly take care of them

When I was little my great aunt had a little Chihuahua named Kisses. I wanted to pet her so bad, but she was very territorial and only loved my aunt. When Kisses got older, like her senior years, she sat on my lap for the very first time and let me pet her, and I remember just sobbing. I don't blame her for being the way she was though. I was only ever at my great aunt's house for big family reunions. A lot of loud little kids, a lot going on. Looking back, I feel for her, I would be stressed and angry too.

The second dogs(the two of them) were German shorthair pointers. The best hunting dogs you can get. They make great family pets too, but I wouldn't recommend them to most people because there energy requirements are just insane. I used to take my guy on 2 mile runs everyday and that still wasn't enough to calm him down. Still one of the best dogs I ever owned rest easy Noah I miss the shit out of ya boy!

A beat down from a deer is really scary. Usually when they become less fearful of humans because of them feeding them. Once you stop, they can get real mean. Also, my friend was attacked by 3 juvenile raccoons that broke into her house in San Francisco. They were beating up her little mop head of a dog and she came down and one of them leapt up and attached itself to her leg through jeans. She couldn’t pull it off so she had to slam her raccoon leg against the wall until it let go. She ran upstairs and grabbed the fireplace shovel and went back down to crack skulls. They ran away once she had a weapon. She had to go to the emergency room at 2 AM to get a shot so she didn’t end up with rabies. The lesson here is that much like Wu Tang, deer and raccoons ain’t nothing to fuck with

13:38 I had a black Maltese shih-tzu, Toto (clever name, I know), and he was my pride and joy. My baby. So this one time I was taking him to get a trim at a place we'd never gone for grooming before.. I even specified that he's not supposed to be shaved all the way down, that his hair should still have some length to it, just not so much so he doesn't get knots. He was a really chill dog so he was fine with them, he just sat there everything was cool.. so I thought I would go pick out a few good treats for him. Ngl I took my time. I stopped over at the reptile section to look at the cute fat lizards. Etc. I went back to see how it was going and looked in and saw his teeny tiny body completely shaved down, except for his head, which looked gigantic, and the ends of his paws like around and between his nails, which also looked ridiculous.. otherwise I would've tried to stop them, but it was just too late. He would only look more ridiculous. So I sat there, incredulous, and let them continue to shave my baby's fur completely off. Ugh it was horrible. I was scared to take him to get groomed again after that. Actually.. that wouldn't be the last humiliatingly bad haircut that dog would get 😂 RIP Toto I love you
