Wow, 1995. Rammstein is just an infant at this point, born from the dark, hellish fetoid created by the masters of electro-metal, OOMPH! Long Live! Defekt is such an awesome, heavy album too, so underrated.

Aw, they're so young! ^_^ I'm a pretty new fan and got into them with their newer music, but I really enjoy a lot of their many styles. The harder core late nineties to what they are now especially. Their music is thought-provoking and they've got a sound for just about any mood I could be in. Cheers from the US, Oomph!

@bloodyrockfire you haven't listened to any of their other interviews have you? They constantly say that they have to keep changing or they will get bored. they aren't the same people any longer. They change Dero's a dad and a husband now. Flux said in a recent interview: "Of course, we would play and produce songs from our first records differently today.But they stand for a certain feeling of that years back in time.As I said before, like a diary."They didn't sell out, else they'd be popular

The Road To Perdition .... how true!! It's a shame that most people seem to think that Rammstein was there first.... no! They are themselves trying whatever comes to mind to forget or ignore questions about Oomph having been their role model no. one!! And if you think about the "hits" our Top 40 are made out of, it's completely ridiculous that "Auf Kurs",for example, never made it to the top!! On the other hand, Rammstein with its front man who would probably hand the devil his 'nads if Old Jack would give him Deros'voice in exchange, muhaha.....

Nein. Also denke nicht, warum sollte er er hat eine Familie mit 2 Söhnen (14 & 17 Jahre alt) und im Internet stand das er seit 20 Jahren oder so nicht mehr raucht, kein Alkohol trinkt und Vegetarier oder Veganer ist (eins von beiden). Dero ist eigentlich ziemlich vorbildlich😂

@@nightmelody777hiatus2 er hat ein 14 jährigen und einen 17 jährigen Sohn. Sein jüngerer hatte anfangs Krebs aber hat es zum Glück überstanden. Dero hat in dem einen Interview wo er sich als Christ bekannt gegeben hat etwas über seine Söhne bzw. Auch über seine Vergangenheit etc. Gesprochen, daher weiß ich das. Es gibt auch ein Lied von Oomph! Was „The world is yours“ heißt, das hat er 2006 glaube ich das erste mal auf dem Album „Delikatessen“ released, ich glaube er hat dieses Lied sogar für seinen Sohn geschrieben, gerade wenn man auf den Text achtet und bedenkt das 2006 c.a das Geburtsjahr von seinem Sohn sein könnte. Ich glaube seine Kinder können sich ziemlich glücklich schätzen so einen coolen Vater zu haben xD
