Nearly fell off the face of the earth but Peter drug me outta hell....I can never thank them enough in this life or the next . I'm 50 now and been happily married for the last 20 yrs. He was so damned special, it didn't matter if you didn't know him, you felt close to him and mourn the loss like you would a loved one. It's hard. He definitely had a way of embracing all of his weirdness and showing the world that you can still totally be accepted for who you are. He gave me courage as well. I listened to October Rust while in Labor and Delivery with my oldest daughter. The nurses thought I'd lost my mind but I found it to be so comforting and encouraging. 💚🖤

I had the distinctive pleasure to meet Peter one night after a show, and let me tell you, nothing could of prepared me for exactly how gorgeous he was when standing right next to him. I was one lucky lady! An unforgettable experience. He did give me his phone number, but I never called it. I was a married woman at the time.

That's really cool! I was in total awe standing in front of him as well, though we did not meet. He was 3 feet in front of me for 2 full shows in Denver. Ehhh, maybe 5 feet idk. Anywho, it felt like a private concert both times and I'm not religious, but that's about as spiritual as I've ever felt. Like a devout catholic meeting the pope... Lol. I was on a whole other level. Man, I'm so glad I went to those.... He passed a year and a half later. 💚🖤
