Iroh is the OP character in the series. Iroh>Ozai. Many say Ozai is stronger referencing about his lightning generating, while Iroh is slower... Omg NO! -Iroh was teaching Zuko lightning _Iroh took on the Dali by himself. Generating lightning while running and blast the wall open. -Even manages to capture one of the Dali! -Invented redirecting lightning. If Zuko can redirect Ozai's then imagined Iroh -Yes, Ozai was able to use lightning with just a glimpse of the sun. Meanwhile Iroh broke out of his jail-cell and took down the guards.. He even told one of the female guard to not come in to work on that day... So does that mean that Iroh can still uses fire without the sun? *The Last Airbender horrific live-action movie, even hint at that with him using fire w/o fire..* I know it doesnt follow the TV show, but the writers has to have some info on the TV show. -Most of Iroh fights are not shown! Maybe because he is too OP.. The battle with the Dali and his jailbreak! They just commented that he is like a one man army -Iroh is the only person in Avatar:TLA besides aang to be able to see spirits! He saw Feng carrying aang when he was captured. I would go as far as to say he is better than Aang spiritually... Aang needs to meditate while Iroh just see the spirit w/o trying -The Dragon of the West. Iroh is the only character to breathe fire, and it is OP! During Sozin's comet, Ozai was trailing the comet for power.. Meanwhile, Iroh was at Ba Sing Se, knocked down the 3 walls with one blow by himself! -Besides being highly skilled and possesses abilities many can't do, he is shown to be really intelligent as well! -Before Day of The Black Sun, Iroh doesn't fight and is out of shape but afterward, he is a beast! -Before that, every time he interfered with a battle, he one shot them.. Commander Zhao and Azula. He just blocks them with eased! I could go on with examples of his OP status... He is the OP character in the series, that the creators never shown his battle. I wished they would though! I want to see how he managed to break out of the prison, while firebenders are at their weakest... Dude melt the cell bars! The same applied to Toph in the Korra series!

Setting aside everything else about Aang, let's take a second and realize just how powerful he is/was if he was able to *condense water* during his fight with Ozai, which (according to real-world physics) is an incompressible substance, as is all liquid. Aang is literally able to do things that are impossible in both his world and ours.
