I want to get into One Piece TCG, would you guys recommend a starter deck and then buying cards / packs to better it?

I would probably recommend ST07 or wait for ST20 which comes out very soon as Katakuri is gonna be great in OP08 and picking up cards from OP03 to OP07 will help improve the deck. but that's mainly because Yellow seems to always get great support in every set. At the end of the day each colour has its own play style so if you have a group to play with, borrow other colour decks and test them out too as each colour has something to offer. I Hope this helps and good luck :)

Oooooo good question. OP04 has manga rare sabo and some great characters from alabaster and dressrosa arcs. Opo2, of course, is great for being slightly older with a gorgeous Ace manga rare. It also introduces all the black cards: Navy characters. Both really great sets with lots of amazing card arts in them. Hope this breakdown helps you decide, and you get some wicked hits.
