5 life leaders like Katakuri, Gecko Moria and Green Uta can and will extend the game a lot longer than you would want. Those matchups can be really troublesome for Yamato but they are still winnable.

i run 7 drop big mom and 2 yamato sec cause its essentially onami + yamato ldr in one (some games i dont see onami)

I used to run 7 cost mom but felt that when I was behind it didn't do enough but in some matchups I do miss her so I might test with her again. As for SEC Yamato I want to test with it but I would probably run 4 because the first one you play usually gets removed before it can attack so the second one is the one that usually gets to hit.

Why not run Mihawk or 7 cost Enel?

I was debating on playing Enel but I feel like I just wanted to play a build that was filled with the most Land of Wano cards (that make sense) as possible. But definitely give it a try in your build one piece is all based around preferences.

Gedatsu is counter productive with a double hit leader. Hate it in yamato
