I love this story!!! What a special gift and adorable lady. Brought a year to my eye. God bless you Bob. My husband and I owned a Mom and Pop landmark for 27 years, decided to retire from it and sold it, long story short we owner financed and wound up owning it again 5 years later. We didn't want to go back again, ability isn't the problem. Health problems prevent it. We've been trying to sell for a year now, it's heartbreaking to see it closed. So many memories and such potential that people just can't see. They want us to go back and open it but we are tired and ready to pass it along to a new family.
