Opel Agila/Vauxhall Agila/Suzuki Wagon/Splash. Rear brakes. Removal and refit.

Many thanks! Same as Suzuki Wagon R+ 2003(2nd gen). Symptom: Cyclic noise from rear left of car. Found the heavy brake return spring had snapped at lower connection point. Springs are available online. 2 foot extension tube needed with wrench for 30mm central bolt. Took photos on smartphone (synced to cloud) before disturbing brakes. Your video was very useful when fitting new spring.

many many thanks,i had the same trouble,the hub would not come of even with the wheel on for extra leverage, had to use a puller like you,this video helped me every step of the way,as i had a worn bearing and the shoes were very low so changed them while the hub was of...did it all.....cheers

The easy way is to unscrew the big central bolt with the wheel on and the vehicle in ground with handbrake then jack up the vehicle remove wheel and use the wheel as extractor ...
