You mounted a SAC pressure plate, did had to pull a pin to release it? Did had to realine the steering or has the subframe guiding pins? Good work and greetings

Buna.am si eu o problema cu un opel astra j 1.7 cdti 110 cai. Mi se aprinde servus masina cu cheia. Testerul mi-a dat tensiune joasa releu bujii. Tensiune inalta releu bujii Releul l-am schimbat. Bujiile le-am verificat a fost în scurt una. Nu scap de eroare. Poste ai avut aceeași problema. Mersi.

Luk had from factory. Around 120.000 miles (200.000km)

Going back to the 1983 cavalier yes a GM car, you could change the clutch in 15 minutes, why is it now so work intensive ?

But without flywheel and seal. Clutch pads last much longer these days. Flywheels are the issues now.

That dmf isnt that bad, I've seen a lot worse, the one I just took of my vauxhall van fell out when I pulled the gearbox back then again it do 200k, the previous van to that I had 6" of free play on either turn, I find the motors that have a rattling dmf is more often than not the pressure plate not balanced right at the factory, when dmf wears and you have a pressure plate in that isn't quite balanced right it's shakes a bit like a wheel that's out of balance.

Salut. probabil te referi la simeringul de ulei dinspre volanta. La mine nu era cazul de schimbat desi este bine sa-l schimbi daca tot ai demontat ambreiajul si cutia.

I would check the Diaphragm , slave and master cylinder. If the clutch is worn the diaphragm goes over centre to take up the worn clutch

bought the exact same car from a dealership and my clutch was really stiff car broke down after 3 days clutch pedan sticking to the floor and wierd noises , took it back and they told me it was the DMF was faulty probly from start stop used all the time but they also changed the clutch car had only 52.000 miles they fixed it free of charge but it costed them nearly 600-700 pounds

@@jgoncalodm a year after lol sorry guys been a crazy year here it is : Update clutch is working fine same with DMF Its not sticking etc must been something but is not doing it anymore Car has now 72k miles Clean mot and recently serviced all looks good Might change my Timing belt as it manufacturer says 6 years or 100k miles even tho it looks alright

Te Salut , am aceeași mașină. La mine se aude zgomot doar cand apăs ambreiajul la jumate. În rest prinde bine ambreiajul intra bine in viteze. As schimba doar rulmentul de presiune oare ar fi ok ? nu vreau sa mai investesc mult deoarece vreau sa o vând.

Salut. Daca tot vrei sa o vinzi, ma bine nu o mai desface. Probabil ca daca o desfaci, vei constata uzura mare si la celelalte piese....

Salut. Este LUK. M-as mira sa fie in regula volanta. Eu tocmai din cauza volantei am schimbat, dar daca totusi este ok, normal ca poti schimba doar placa, disc, rulment.

That was not a leak and that was not oil but transmission fluid. He emptied all the fluid out of the transmission.

Salut. Nu am de unde sa stiu. Eu am schimbat cu un kit complet care a inclus si volanta. Din ce am vazut prin comparatie, desi ambele kituri erau de la acelasi producator, nu ar fi mers montate componente de la una la alta. Chiar am intalnit pe cineva care a cumparat ca tine, doar chitul de ambreiaj fara volanta si nu i-a mers. Poate respectivul a comandat gresit piesele. Spor. Sa-mi spui daca la tine a functionat.
