You have to remove lower hose of coolant radiator check at 0:30

I change my thermostat to a new one but my car fans don't go on after change

If they were working before then you have air in the coolant system

I fush coolant system and now the fans go on but the car stays on 95 when am driving and at traffic the fans go on but bring the temperature but to 95 is it normal
