OPEL GT 1969 - restoration - part 1 - vintage sports car 130 PS

In 2007 I uploaded the video "OPEL GT 1969 before restoration. Finally here's the video (part 1 & part2) showing the restoration back in 2004 and the car in its present condition with its 'new' engine & 5 speed gear box. In 2010 I released the one hour documentary OPEL GT - DRIVING THE DREAM (starring Erhard Schnell, the GT's designer, among others) , some of you might enjoy the DVD set (PAL, German / English language with English subtitles).

Hallo Sir und ein großes Dankeschön für dieses wunderschöne künstlerische Video!! (PS; ich möchte das gleiche Auspuffgeräusch wie dein GT 1900 haben) wie stellt man bitte den Vergaser ein? da stimme ich zu ich drehe und drehe die leerlaufschraube (die mit einer feder)) aber........ es verändert den sound nicht danke ,merci beaucoup ,Clemence ,)

very cool car. there a 1973 one available in my area. Unfortunately, I don't know german (I think he's speaking german). How should it ride? Is it a stable car? I love the color he chose. Very slick!

Probably a nice handling car, though I'd be afraid of what a modern giant SUV would do to one of these in an accident. With people in the U.S. driving as they do these days, that's almost guaranteed to happen.

The narration is in German, so I clicked on the CC subtitles, guess what, the subtitles are in German too. What is the point?

I had nothing to do with that. Some youtube automatism. My one-hour long film on the history of the OPEL GT is out on DVD (eBay.com for instance) and fully english subtitled...

The point is German speaking deaf people will be able to know what they are saying. I understand your frustration, however. I only speak Enlish. FWIW, I'm in the USA.
