Danke für dieses super Video. Das hat mir gerade 2200€ gespart, die Opel für die Dachreparatur aufrufen wollte (2x Stellmotoren und 1xSteuergerät). Mit 2 Zahnrädern aus dem Internet und 30min Arbeit (bin handwerklich absolut unfähig) geht das Dach wieder. Nochmals viel Dank für das tolle Video

I bought the cogs on e bay for £50 a pair and had them fitted by Palmers Auto centres in Crawley Down West Sussex. All fixed now. Brilliant.

Hallo hätte eine frage über den flip Motor. Ist es normal das er wenn das Zahnrad kaputt ist dauerläuft wenn ich den schliess öffnen gedrückt halte.

Thanks for the video. If after changing cogs the mechanism is jammed and by pressing the switch on the roof nothing happens and roof is stuck half way. push the big flat plastic panel down until both winglets are down. in this position the boot neesd to be opened up. sometimes a flatblade screw driver is needed to adjust the motor on the winglets.

lieben dank dafür. ein Zahnrad war tatsächlich defekt. das Problem bei mir ist nur das vom Stellmotor die Schraube auch Defekt ist. Kriege ich das als Einzelteil oder muss ich mir ein Motor kaufen?

Bei ein flipper ist auf und die andere ist zu geblieben dann hab versucht zu zumachen oder weiter auf zu machen ging überhaupt nicht mehr . Hat sicht nichts mehr bewegt und die cabrio halb offen geblieben. Hab Adac angerufen dann mit OBD ausgelesen kamm fehlercoed *B368E verdeckklappe Stellantrieb. Links . Was ist jetzt zu machen es ist wirklich die Zahnräder oder der linke Motor oder liegt am Strom villt Strom abbruch und wass muss ich genau dann messen wenn Kabel bruch ist

Mine started yesterday - looked at this video, disconnected the motor and my plastic clog is worn out. I'll be ordering a set of these brass clogs and fit them, hopefully, my roof will close and if not then i've no idea.

Thanks. Actually you don't have to, but I would suggest you to do so. Keep in mind, that both sides always work together and if one fails, the other will do so too after a while. I think the metal cogs are also mostly sold in a pack of two.

HEllo, thank you for this! I have similiar problem, one of "wing" sometimes does not open, but when I gently tighten the screw (you can see spinning at 0:18) everything goes back again and works for 4-5 roof open. Then it stucks again. Do you think this is the same problem?

+Michał Wichowski Hi there, sorry for the late reply. It might be resolved by replacing the cog. The default plastic cog causes abrasion which will make the part got stuck from time to time. Just give it a try. It doesn't take too much time and isn't that expensive.

Hallo kurze Frage, kann man das Dach dann direkt in der Stellung schließen nach dem Austausch oder muss man noch etwas machen ?

Bei mir ließ es sich dann wieder normal elektrisch auf Knopfdruck schließen. Kommt aber wohl auf die Dauer an in der das Dach in Zwischenposition stand. Batterie und Dachhydraulik müssen genug Power haben. Ansonsten ggf. die manuelle Dachprozedur durchführen.

@@renmar666 Die in Deutschland gefertigten Zahnräder sind präziser hergestellt und die Alu sind sowieso die Empfohlenen und harteloxiert! Warum ein Risiko eingehen wenn der Stellmotor fast 500€ kostet, da wird an der falschen Stelle gespart!?

@@renmar666 30€ für Messing kann teuer werden, da diese die Schnecke zerstören! Daher gibt es bei uns Alu und diese ZR werden auch bei Opel -Niederlassungen verbaut. Wer einmal billig kauft - kauft zweimal...........
