A good video. The replacement gaiter, at least in my case did not come with the elasticated inner gaiter which helps to return the gear stick centrally.

Hola,no explicas cómo quitar la pieza de plástico negro,tiene dos pestañas que van enganchadas a la otra pieza blanca en la palanca de cambio,no sale tirando para arriba solamente...gracias de todas formas

Mine kept popping off in the summer heatwave, so I suggest heating it with a hair dryer. Should pop off or at least get out easier.
