Nice job. Been on a gates course and the core plug is there to collect a small amount of coolant as the seal in the water pump (shaft/bearing) end seals up when its run up for the first time

I’ve always torqued me wheel nuts down and I always tell tyre shop not to use air gun on my alloys either

That core plug is probably like that as thats the weep hole for the pump bearings, vote for big boost bus to!

Honest question, can you sort my car? It’s a Z20LET with a VXR turbo. I need the new FMIC fitting, VXR injectors fitting and a 80mm MAF. It’s got a precat delete, 2.5” sports cat, miltek race tube and backbox all fitted.

Loving the zafira content my water pump kit just arrived from Kurt yesterday can't beat Kurt's products and he gets them sent out straight away. Am running fmic 3" turbo back Astra vxr turbo crossover delete but still on standard map waiting for RnD to open again so I can get it down for a stage 3.5 map got my Injectors and maf ready to go on, on the day of mapping Do the vxr and the gsi use the same fuel rail?

Hello mate, are these standard at 7 psi? Cause mine don’t go past 7 with a vxr turbo and unsure as people say the are 12psi over boost to 7 .

Wastegate spring is 8psi standard, so it sounds like the boost control solenoid may have gone. So once the turbo boosts to 8psi the wastegate opens and drops all the boost

Hello mate. I change the front one about 5 months ago as old one was doing the same, the car has always done this even with the let turbo on. Have a stage1 vxr turbo, new vac line, new map sensor , new maf, crank sensor vxr plugs , haven’t changed fuel filter yet, don’t think it’s Eva been changed
