I love the way you simplify all the complex shots of tennis and make us feel, it can be achieved. Thanks a ton, Tom

Hello Tom ive just joined my club after a couple of years break..all new club and surface, really great. Thanks for all your videos they help alot and enjoyed them while I wasn't playing. Many things i need to improve in my serve, things I don't like but they really do help. I never had a kick serve so I'm trying it out my slice is probsbly my go to..most easy or natural and Im serving with s staff 85..i know??.. just for practice and the great feeling you get when you get the right snap. Thanks Tom..all the best.

I don't know if you've talked about it or if I'm on the right track but it would be good to speak on the high elbow in the server. I think a lot of people think the arm on the serve should move forward on contact as one unit instead of bending at the elbow. I hope you understand what I mean and I'm not off in my understanding.

What about hitting a slice wide to the deuce court? Everyone demos serves from the easiest court to serve from e.g. kick from the ad and slice from the deuce court.

Hi Tom, suppose the ball is in shoulder height and the racket face is in knee, which might be more than 1 foot below the ball(2foot). Will the ball go beyond the baseline? At matches, I subconsciously drop the racket more than 1 foot below the ball. What should I do? How can I keep my racket face 1 foot below the ball perfectly at any ball, like high low balls? Thanks!

dear coach with all due respect at 4:13 you are dropping your tossing arm very soon , you MUST keep the tossing arm UP, after the release the ball , as much as possible . as you know when you drop down the tossing arm so quickly your chin will drop and everything goes down .

how do you come around and pronate at the same time?
@Fundamentalsoftennis5 ай бұрын
I said that's the feeling you want "like you're coming around" but that's not what happens pronation naturally occurs on ALL serves IF you have a proper throwing motion.
