The picture of that grandmother about to blow out her birthday candles just almost made me cry. Because I realized we could feed imagery and video from video cameras that we have for the past oh I guess since the well we've got film cameras since the 50s and 60s of family and we've got video of them since the '80s and we could recreate our parents and our grandparents and friends that have died and see them in such a realistic way that it would just bring us to tears almost.

People sometimes talk about us living in a simulation. Up until just a couple of years ago it was impossible to imagine CGI creating in real time high enough resolution imagery that would exceed our eyes resolution. In other words if we secretly lived in a simulation with some kind of goggles on her head in a matrix type environment up until a few years ago what we knew about at least would have been impossible to create it high resolution but now it is. Well then you really had to have somebody designing the models and doing all that kind of thing to create something like that like Grand theft auto. Well now with this actually this shows that some master computer somewhere that some aliens turned on 2000 years ago could easily be creating everything we experience in real time and we could be spinal jacked into this computer and living the whole thing. I mean it's advanced so much that we could do it. Kind of weird to think about our whole reality could now be created on the fly by our own computers.

this is a little different. yes, our physical world, the so-called reality, is an illusion. everything we see with our eyes and touch with our hands is not real. except that it's not computers that create it. these "computers" that create this game, this illusion, are our souls, or more precisely, our consciousnesses. yes, it is your consciousness that creates the world around you non-stop! and to make things even more interesting, only about 10-20 percent of people creates this world. because most people are not real people with souls, but biorobots! and most of them are also created by our consciousness on an ongoing basis! what for? to make the game entitled "Life in a 3D world" more exciting. so that the soul could experience more and more, because that was the only reason it incarnated here. to experience and thereby learn.

Well I can tell you one thing our minds may not live forever and we may not experience things ourselves but it's going to be quite easy for anyone to make us live forever as images and video just with the massive amount of digital information that they're going to have on all of us that friends will have in photos of us at all ages and stages of our life and that information will be easily able to be incorporated into a machine like this and make us have videos of us living a life and doing anything that our friends could then experience their world with us in it. So in a sense we can easily live forever at least in someone else's view.

of course our minds are not eternal because we are not minds! we are consciousness. mind is not consciousness! Moreover, consciousness is not located in the mind! worse, the mind is not located in the brain, but in an invisible mental body.

You know it's kind of crazy to think that we're not going to be able to tell what's real anymore. I mean we're really not. And here's the thing it's not really going to matter. I mean the truth of the matter is if you gave a bunch of people high resolution goggles and said hey we'll give you some exercise machines if you'll stay in your apartment and just wear these goggles and listen to the headphones and live your life that way in this virtual environment that you can create on the fly to do whatever you want while your body is kept in shape and you eat and drink enough to keep your body alive then that would be a better existence than 90% of the people's existence on the planet. That's just really strange.
