[OpenBVE] Circle Line DRMD Testing / New Signage Preview at the end

Changes SMRTG is currently doing:
- Replacing the FHPSD's signages to the new format
- Developing our in-house DRMDs for our upcoming train - the C851D (It is not C851E because the actual train design and livery is not yet known)
Do take note, due to the actual Circle Line being licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivative Works 3.0 Singapore License, we are not allowed to distribute a modified version of the project.
