Felt to add people are confused about what the problem is. Normally if blood is seen people say bawaseer. where sometimes hard stool damage inside and the flesh. Spasm is also a symptom of fissures which you should mention. Not only bleeding and pain. Some get only spasms without bleeding or pain. I had fissure without bleeding or pain - only spasms.

Did u had a bleeding fissure, I have a fissure from the beginning it never bleed, I had sharp pain during passing hard stool. I am also using diltiazem ointment now almost 2 week. I have this fissure for 5 months now. I do have spasm but not always. I think is reducing. How long u have your fissure

@@shawnpersad5135 I have fissure since 2011. I used diltiazem then did wrong surgery of stapled hemorhoidctomy then did agraffectomy to correct side effect of stapled hemorhoidctomy. Lastly I did fissurectomy and then external hemorhoidctomy. I fear sphincterectomy so have not done that and trying to find a cure. Have used lots of oils and lotions but still suffering - diltiazem is best but long term use can cause diziness and diabetes.

Trust me this happened with me i cried a lot & that time I was to scared but my parents gave me possitive hope , but now i am completely cured. From the begining stage i took heavy concern to be cure. 1st take medicine for 2-3 days only . Just avoid all spicy foods and mostly avoid meat at least for a month . Drink lots of water. Take fruits . InSaAllah you will be cured soon.

Thank you very much doctor. I'm suffering from Fissure at the age of 21(now I am 23 years old). It just giving me pain without bleeding. Once I took treatment but it was fine for some months, later I start eating spicy things, lack of body exercising etc. So by the liquids diet & by the daily excercise regularly, will my fissure recover?? Or if it's recover, it'll take how much time? In weeks/months or years??

That's literally happening with me .Sometimes it all fine and sometimes it's to painful . I'm just 15 and I exercised in lockdown and some yoga and that time my situation was all fine so yoga and exercise may help you but you have to do that regular.
