Opening 100x Pokémon 151 Booster Packs (Again)!

I welcome a 151 reprint. Why should it be so difficult and expensive to find booster packs? They could sell so much if stores just had them in stock. I suspect that the hoarding of sealed products for this set is massive.

With pull rates over the years I honestly just buy 1 of each product, because im a go on promos and ripping is fun. Afterwards I just buy singles. Fun hunting things down that way and way cheaper than ripping 1000 packs +. I miss in base set days when you would get 2-3 booster pack boxes and could complete base set. Good times.

36 here - started with Pokemon Red and Pokemon TCG Base Set. It has been super fun getting back into collecting - great haul dude! I just need that Venusaur SIR and the Zapdos SIR to complete my set.

We all use to bring our Pokemon toys to school in kindergarten. Glad to say I grew up with the 1 gen Pokemon. Even had the VHS tapes of the show

37 as well and Pokemon was actually the one 90s thing I DIDNT get into! BUT through my 8 yr old Son, the lack of culture currently, and the Scarlet And Violete 151 cards Ive gotten into the franchise all these years later! Having a blast watching everyone open packs!

Thank you for sharing your videos man I love them. I have been hesitant to start the master set for 151 because of ludicrous prices and lack of stock. Im gonna just wait for the reprint which I hope it happens. If the Japanese 151 got a reprint the the English should too I hope.

My favorite generation is the 151 as well, probably because of my age too. I cannot wait for this reprint since I didn't get it when it came out the first time.

The May reprint is for Japanese. But of course English will get 1 or two more reprints. Since the set isn't even 1 year old yet. I also heard rumors the next holiday special set will be dragon themed. It's just a rumor right now though.

No real word on an English reprint yet I believe, just speculation since Japanese is getting one. Hard to say on waiting for singles though, just because of the tcg rotation, some cards would become more or less viable as people figure out new decks, so could cause fluctuations, so it's kind of a gamble either way I guess, but I'd think 151 would be relatively stable either way.

These I cobbled together from a bunch of places, Walmart booster bundles, some Sam's Club tins, ETBs I got in person, and a couple boxes from Costco.

what do you do with all the common cards you don't want? I opened a few packs just to collect the cards i want and i have no use for the other cards haha

I sleeve all my cards and store them, or give them away to kids when I have the chance. Some stores will let you trade bulk cards in for store credit if you don't want them, you could ask around at your local stores.
