I just bought myself a Charizard Artwork Heavy Base Set Booster Pack (Unlimited). Sure, it's not shadowless nor 1st Edition, but I can't afford that sorta thing..! I'm just happy to have the nostalgia and hopefully as the years go on the value will increase given that there may be something in the pack worth admiring :)

This box was a blast from the past. This is how I got so many of my cards. I even pulled a Japanese Blaine's Charizard. To this day the only Charizard I ever pulled from a pack.

I had one of these boxes when I was little, brings back memories. Especially the Tops stuff, my friends mever even seen them before and used to trade me hella pokemon cards for them LOL. That's how I got a lot of my holos. Maan the nostalgia!!

I have a pretty large old school Pokémon collection. My goal was to collect every Pokémon of the first 151 and I think I have most if not all of them. None of them are graded, but I never battled with any of them. What should I do with them? I think I have base set, rocket set, jungle set, and fossil set. Also some other strange cards like pikachu, meowth and arcanine promos as well as some fun hero’s I think it is called. A gyrados prerelease, Misty’s Seadra prerelease, Blaine’s moltres, Brock’s rhydon. Some of those cards. Promo mewtwo. So on. Are these cards worth anything? From what I can tell they are in good condition since all I ever did with them is collect them which entailed me opening the pack and putting them in a sleeve

BLASTOISE IS SOOO MUCH BETTER THAN charizard in every single way.. not only was base set charizard unplayable ever basically but blastoise waterfall deck was so OP . I just don't understand. even in the games it's the worst starter. definitely not a bad fire type or design but basic dragon design OR CANNON-SHOULDER DUEL WIELDING TANK TURTLE!? IDK maybe it's just me but I really don't understand the appeal over blastoise or even venusaur. in gen 1 or even Base set any other peoples feel the same way!?
