Hello, Mikey. This is Peter, the owner of KOOKSOO. It was such a pleasure to get a opportunity to serve you with our Beef Kooksoo, Stir-fried beef with noodles, King Ribs Jjamppong, and Galbi. As our head server, Lyn said, I was very impressed to see you have completely "finished" all three dishes and your knowledge on bronze utensils we are using. And, if it is ok, I like to utilize the information on this video on our side so that more people would know who you are and what you are going to upload. So, please let me know if there's any limitations I should be aware of. In near future, I hope I can get one more chance to see you in person and talk about how Kooksoo got started and about Korean noodles 🍜. God bless you. 😃

I'm doing a 19# one, A5 from Japan $$$$$, for the family vacation at the beach this weekend and it will be my second one. 1st one was done when cold so got too much smoke. also was American Wagyu and there is a difference. Please keep in mind during your restaurant endeavors that the to-go boxes make a huge difference in soggy or not soggy. That foam box can make fresh hot crispy fries into the soggiest grossest fries ever by making the environment inside the container a super sauna. Try there again but sit in instead of taking out. Packaging always makes a difference with food. Stay away from styrofoam boxes.

Yeah sure he also often comments on the wait time between takeout and filming, but this one looked like there was not a lot of time between, the fries. should have been fine

@@HappyFluegel I use to work in the food industry. It doesn't take long for anything to turn soggy in those types of containers. Easy trick to freshest fries 🍟 dine in ask for fries without seasonings. They will always come to you fresh because they have to make them. Usually fries are made in batches so it's a great way to get the best quality.

If you get to Rockwall check out Boots Burger. It's also in residential areas. It's out of a house, no dinning area and they close when things slow down, not at a specific time so don't get there too late.
