Just to inform anyone else who thinks they need to go through this hell, OW has said that all unopened look boxes will be automatically opened when OW2 releases (OWL tokens, competitive points and normal currency will also stay with you, however the old currency will be seperate to their new virtual currency)

The loot boxes have an ID on all of them that says what's inside them. They're technically obtained items just not moved into your inventory. So, you didn't really need to open them.

The lootboxes wont be deleted, they'll just be automatically opened, instantly giving you the skins instead of having to open them yourself.

what they should do is atleast put 500 of that new currency in the battlepass and the 200 of challengs is 700 so you only need to pay 300 each season for battlepass i mean i dont care tho about skins idk why people do when they forget how to aim game is more balanced then overwatch 1 so yeah what tthe point of having skins when playing against 2 tanks smh
