hey jeff!!! have you seen that trick with the slapping of the top of the bottle, and the bottom breaks out? you get an empty bottle, and fill it with water, then smack the top. the pressure or something makes the bottom of the bottle explode. really neat!!

Yes it does, the fact that none of the chemicals leech in from the coating in the cans or the plastic bottles does make it taste better. I drink only these glass bottles and I can say every time I buy a plastic bottle it doesn't taste as good.

because it use to be made with real sugar not high frutose corn syrup like todays coke is, BUT coke and pepsi made in Mexico still uses real sugar and can be bought some palces in the states, actualy I hear that soda in different regions do tatse different depoending on what sweetenerrs are used like down south I think they use somethgin else instead of high frutose corn syrup and its sweeter

Another factor is that soda in plastic bottles is carbonated more, because the plastic is porous enough that the carbonation will leak out. A glass bottled soda will stay carbonated after twenty years as long as the seal is tight. They add extra carbonation to plastic bottled sodas to make up for the fizz leeching out, which makes the soda overly bubbly and harder to taste. Plastic leeches chemicals into the soda, which can change the taste. Cans impart a metallic taste on soda. Glass is best!

That was because it was made with real sugar, not high fructose corn syrup. The container can change the flavor some, but the most noticeable difference is the type of sweetener.

It also has to do with how the soda reacts to sitting in the aluminum can. I don't know how much truth is in that, but I would go glass bottle every time!
