We visit Tops for their soft opening in the mountains overlooking Cebu. Wow, what great views, you can see the whole city from there. As it was a soft opening, not much was open, but we got some great shawarma pizza, a deep-fried pie, and a great slushy with vodka infused. We then checked out Top of Cebu restaurant. We had to walk home, but it was great because we met up with some kids eating star apple, my new favourite.

one of the most iconic land marks of cebu, it will have 10 times more tourists now that its been expanded, also now with restaurants, a large parking and a hostel. the 360 view is spectacular you can see all of cebu mandaue and lapu lapu

You guys look great being on top of “Tops Cebu”. I enjoy the scenery up there. I didn’t know Cebu has alot to offer. I’m sure they will install a pay telescope so people can zoom in the beaches and landscapes. But you are both lucky that you personally experienced one of the to-go visit places in Cebu. Really? You didn't know that Cebu is the most visited and the most popular destination in the Philippines by both local and international tourists for many years? You must be a teenager then. Cebu annually draws between 35-40% of all foreign tourists to the Philippines, making it the most visited destination in the country. Aklan, with Boracay as the biggest draw, is a far second with only less than 15% and Bohol is 3rd at less than 10%. The remaining 35-40% of all international visitors go to the rest of the Philippines.

Wow! So, you really made it to Tops! Now, I suggest you go hopping to Cebu City's rooftop bars where you don't only get to enjoy sumptuous food and your favorite beer but also get to enjoy a panoramic view of the sprawling city view. Late afternoon 'til early evening is the best time to visit those rooftop bars to be able to see the city both during daylight hours and nighttime when city lights are on. I suggest the following rooftop bars which are located more than 100 meters above ground: Skydeck 360 at the 37th floor of Grand Residences/Noble Hotel Cebu, Verified Lounge at the 22nd floor of Avenir Condominium, Twilight Roofdeck Lounge + Bar (23rd floor of left wing) or Pool Bar (21st floor of right wing) of Bai Hotel Cebu, Straight Up Bar at the 17th floor of Seda Hotel Central Block in Cebu IT Park, Highlights Rooftop Terrace Bar at Harold's Evotel, Blu Bar & Grill at 21st floor of Marco Polo Cebu, Blue Elephant at 19th floor of Apple Equicom Tower.

back in 2010 needed a motorcycle to get there, visite the phillipines more later on ( 2011,2016,2019,2023 ) each time via cebu . now i see this video i will go to tops once again ( 2025)
