I watched it all. My first day on skis and my last were at Keystone. Fortunately, 23 years went by between them. I'm 68 and miss the Colorado winters. Grab it while you can. If you're a skier and you're not happy there, I don't know what to tell you.
@JohnathanBuckhouse7 жыл бұрын
Haha I love this comment! Crazy that you have skied at Keystone that long ago. I am sorry your skiing days are over but I will do my best to get some days in for you! Thanks for watching the whole video.

Awesome run man! Still waiting for snow to hit the east coast for me. Also, whats your bind angle setup and do you use any forward lean on your highbacks? thanks for the video!
@JohnathanBuckhouse8 жыл бұрын
Thank you and Great comment! I ride my binding angle at 12' on both feet and I use zero lean on my highbacks. Lean really helps with half pipe and carving. Not rails and jumps, which is my preferred riding style.

What's your stance johnathan? I'm a new rider trying to find what works for me and was wondering what you use
@JohnathanBuckhouse8 жыл бұрын
My bindings are at a 12" on both feet, I have zero high back lean and I center mount my bindings. That means I used the preferred mounting inserts. They are normally circle by the board company. I think this is a very natural stance.
@Rmh977258 жыл бұрын
johnathan buckhouse cool, thanks. That's actually what felt natural to me so I'll try it out once the rest of my gear arrives. I may end up seeing you one day this season. I'm in Salt Lake City doing my riding in park city but plan on making trips out to Colorado this season at some point
@JohnathanBuckhouse8 жыл бұрын
That is awesome!! I also make a trip out to Park City every year so now our chances have increased. You are going to love Colorado riding. It is different for sure. I hope you have a great season man and thanks for watching!

Hey man I just started snowboarding and I was wondering if you had tips on where to get a good priced beginner snowboard used or new and what kind
@JohnathanBuckhouse8 жыл бұрын
Jack that is awesome I hope you love riding!! Normal buy some ones used board is your cheapest option for a first time board. I would look on creg's list or ebay for boards. For a first time board the type of board doesn't matter really. Once you are better that is when I would start looking into a type of board.
@jackmartin5468 жыл бұрын

Great place but....NEVER BUY SKI PASS INSURANCE WITH American claims management !!! Keystone ,the resort closed, reservation canceled, never used the ski pass for 2019 -20 ! I was thinking i'm lucky with the ski pass insurance i got NO, so far American claims management reject to refund
