Bushiroad likes to put functionally different and relevant cards in tournament promo packs while releasing starter sets with only two or three cards that function. I love the game, but I don't have a locals to get the promos and I don't want to need to buy a deck with just a boss, the worst version of perfect guards, and vanilla triggers to play the game (the starter was the only way to get the Energy Generator, which is mandatory for legal deck building). So I guess it was more of an Asturm reference.

@@shiranui_mains what do you mean, Africa? I live in the US, just a part where the only card shops in range seem to be Yugioh, Pokemon and MTG supremacists.
