if your buying the 5 pack boxes wouldn't it be more benefit to buy a retail box and get 24 packs instead of 15

Financially, yes but my local game shops are always sold out and sellers are gouging the price a bit for a booster box on eBay and TCGPlayer and other sites. The 5 pack boxes and 1 pack blisters are just convenient because I work at my local Walmart and I get a discount from the sale granted 10% isn't a lot.
