I think you should use Nylon bags for the Yarns and then carton box for the clothes just because you might end up spending too much on packaging and go on a loss and that would be bad ! Congratulations on this step

Reason why you should use nylon is because carton has its own weight so shipping cost might be higher better for customer and you to be at the safe sides
